Terms and Conditions – six6e Betting & Gaming Platform

Welcome to six6e. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the six6e platform, including anyone who registers an account, places a bet, plays a casino or card game, participates in promotions, or simply browses the site at https://six6e.ws. The terms are written in plain English and are intended to be understood clearly by Pakistani users without needing a legal background.

six6e reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at https://six6e.ws/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use six6e after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For major changes that materially affect existing users, six6e will attempt to notify affected accounts by email or platform notification in advance.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and six6e.

1Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a six6e account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception. six6e takes eligibility seriously and may request documentation to verify compliance at any point.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6e does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or play, under any circumstances.
• You must be a genuine individual person — not a corporation, trust, partnership or any other legal entity acting as a primary account holder.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one six6e account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to use, access or place bets through your six6e account at any time.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to a court or regulatory order that restricts your participation in betting or gaming activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law applicable to you.

2Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your six6e account credentials, including your username and password. six6e will treat any action taken using valid account credentials as having been carried out by the registered account holder, regardless of who actually performed the action.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your six6e account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person — including family members, friends or third-party services that offer to manage betting on your behalf.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact six6e support immediately at support@six6e.ws so that the account can be secured.
• six6e will never ask for your full password via email, chat or any communication channel. Any request claiming to be from six6e that asks for your full password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals and transactions made from your account, including those made by unauthorised parties where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• If you are aware that your credentials have been compromised and continue to use the account without notifying six6e, you accept full liability for any activity that occurs on that account during that period.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on six6e are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). six6e supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a third party's payment account is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. six6e may request that a withdrawal method match the deposit method as part of standard anti-money-laundering compliance.
• six6e targets processing times of under 10 minutes for standard withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider conditions and any pending verification requirements on your account.
• six6e does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are outside six6e's control.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal where no active bonus is involved. Deposits made solely to move funds through the platform without genuine gameplay are not permitted and may be flagged as suspicious.
• six6e complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by you through your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with six6e support will be considered a breach of these Terms. six6e reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unwarranted chargeback.

4Betting Rules and Bet Acceptance

The following rules apply to all sports bets, cricket bets and PSL bets placed on six6e. These rules exist to protect both players and the integrity of the betting markets six6e offers.

• All bets are subject to acceptance by six6e. six6e reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or system malfunctions.
• Odds are accurate at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Odds displayed prior to bet confirmation are indicative and may change. The odds at the moment of your bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Minimum bet on sports and cricket markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip. Requesting higher limits may be possible for VIP account holders — contact support to enquire.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered from the originally listed conditions, six6e reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Specific settlement rules for individual sports are available in our sport-specific rules documentation accessible through the support team.
• In-play bets are accepted only where the platform explicitly indicates live betting is open for a market. In-play betting using delayed broadcast information to gain a timing advantage is strictly prohibited and accounts identified as doing so will have in-play access revoked.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the combined outcome of all selected events. A single void selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that selection — it does not void the entire bet, unless the accumulator has only two selections remaining after the void, in which case it becomes a single bet.
• Obvious pricing errors (including but not limited to odds that are clearly out of line with market consensus due to system errors) are not binding. six6e reserves the right to void bets placed on demonstrably erroneous odds at any point, even after initial settlement.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

six6e offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free bet promotions. All bonus offers are governed by specific promotional terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses on six6e unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts — including accounts belonging to different family members sharing a device or network — are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. They cannot be claimed by existing account holders opening additional accounts.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. The contribution table below shows standard rates applicable across six6e unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6Casino Games, Live Casino and Fishing Games

The following rules apply to all casino, card game, live casino and fishing game products available on six6e.

• All RNG-based casino and card games on six6e use certified random number generation software. Outcomes are not influenced by the platform, individual account history, or session results.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by physical action in third-party studios certified and audited independently. six6e has no ability to influence live dealer outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioned round are not payable.
• If your internet connection drops during a live casino or fishing game session after a bet has been confirmed server-side, the bet will be settled based on the actual outcome. Reconnecting after a disconnection will show the settled result and updated balance.
• Fishing game credits are denominated in PKR on six6e. There are no separate in-game currencies that obscure real-money value.
• six6e may place maximum win limits on specific casino game rounds. Where such limits apply, they will be displayed within the game interface before play commences.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on six6e and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent banning from the platform.

• Opening more than one account on six6e, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access the platform or interact with games without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using delayed broadcast information or any form of non-public information to place in-play bets after the relevant event outcome is already determined.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on any insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome, including knowledge derived from direct involvement in that event.
• Money laundering or using six6e as a vehicle to conceal, convert or transfer funds from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing six6e staff, other users or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your six6e account or access the platform through your device without supervision.

8Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Both you and six6e have the right to close an account. The following conditions govern how closure works in different circumstances.

• You may close your six6e account at any time by contacting support at support@six6e.ws. Any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or the bonus balance has been forfeited.
• six6e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified, suspected or under investigation. In cases of confirmed serious breaches, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
• If your account is closed voluntarily and you re-register at a later date, you will not be eligible for welcome bonuses or new player promotions on the new account.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no deposits, withdrawals or bets) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. six6e will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. Current dormant account fees are stated in the promotional terms page.
• In the event of the death of an account holder, the estate should contact six6e support with appropriate documentation. Balances will be handled according to applicable legal requirements with reasonable cooperation from six6e.

9Responsible Gaming

six6e is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies are available to all registered six6e users and are free to use at any time.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) can be set in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss limits can be set to cap the amount you can lose across a given time period. Once a loss limit is reached, the platform will not accept further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits alert you when a specified amount of time has elapsed during an active gaming session.
• A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days can be applied to your account at any time. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or access betting or gaming features, but you may withdraw any remaining balance.
• Self-exclusion requests — which close your account and block re-registration for a specified minimum period — are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. The minimum self-exclusion period at six6e is 6 months.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the six6e platform — including but not limited to the six6e brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data and software — is the property of six6e or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered account holder. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any part of the six6e platform or its content without explicit written permission from six6e.
• Use the six6e name, logo or brand in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any software powering the six6e platform.
• Scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract data, odds or other information from the six6e platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

11Limitation of Liability

six6e provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6e makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, reliability or fitness for purpose of the platform or any part of it.

• six6e is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even where six6e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• six6e is not responsible for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, force majeure events or third-party payment provider failures.
• six6e is not liable for the outcome of any bet placed in accordance with its published rules. Betting involves risk — you accept that you may lose the full amount of any bet you place on six6e.
• Where six6e is found to be liable for a loss, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user during the same period.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of six6e shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. six6e operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority, details of which are available on request from support@six6e.ws.

• If you have a complaint or dispute with six6e, you should first raise it directly with our support team at support@six6e.ws. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• six6e maintains an internal escalation process for unresolved complaints. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate it to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing six6e's licence.
• Bet settlements that you dispute should be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which six6e is licensed, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
